Samsung unveiled a brand-new 98-inch Neo QLED 8K TV, QN990C at the CEDIA Expo 2023. This adds to the already existing 8K Neo QLED TVs (QN900C) of 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch, which were released this year. This comes in as Samsung’s largest ever 8K TV, which will present outstanding 8K precision and high-quality audio.
The 98-inch Neo QLED 8K TV features a Neural Quantum Processor, which incorporates AI-based formulas. This process tries to upscale any content you are watching to 8K output.
In terms of colours, the 8K TV makes use of Quantum Mini LEDs, which are capable of presenting more than a billion colours. It further enhances details with its intense contrast capabilities.
The TV’s audio features are supported by Dolby Atmos and Cinema Object Tracking Sound. Irrespective of what interior you are setting up your TV, you can experience clear and balanced sound.
The manufacturers have incorporated a 360-degree All-Metal Design and appreciative slim profile for the TV. It further comes with a Slim Fit Wall Mount, which can comfortably blend wherever it is mounted.
The TV has an Anti-Glare screen further supported by Ultra Viewing Angle technology.
Although Samsung hasn’t mentioned anything about the price of the TV, rumours are speculating the price to be marked at about Rs 8,31,802.01 ($10,000).
