Amazfit recently launched the Amazfit T-REX3 smartwatch at IFA 2024. And just recently it was teased in India for the launch. The company didn’t announce the launch date though did mention some specs on its microsite on Amazon. Now the company has announced the pre-order date of the smartwatch in India.

This smartwatch will be available for pre-order from tomorrow 12 noon. As per the official website the pre booking will start from 18th September and it will be available at the price of Rs 19,999. It still does not mention the launch date of the smartwatch in India. Lets get to know about the detailed specs of the smartDeewatch.

Specifications of Amazfit T-REX 3

The Amazfit T-REX 3 is a rugged outdoor smartwatch that is for outdoor and fitness athletes. It has been developed in such a way that it can endure 27 days of battery life, can withstand temperatures from 158°F to -22°F, and is waterproof to 328 feet. It is powered by the ZPS3044 processor paired with the 32GB storage. It runs Zepp OS 4 with an AI assistant powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4 model.

In the health and fitness department, it has 170 sports modes, and 10 ATM water resistance suitable for freediving suitable for freediving up to 45 metres. It can also track temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and sleep. As far as battery life is concerned it is backed by a 700mAh battery that can work for up to 27 days on typical usage and 81 days in basic watch mode.

Amazfit has announced a new smartwatch in India. This is the Amazfit T-REX 3 smartwatch that was recently launched at IFA 2024. A microsite is live on Amazon that does not mention the launch date or price though mentions a few specs. As per the microsite, the smartwatch will come with a 1.5” AMOLED display with 2000 nits of peak brightness. It packs 26GB of storage. The smartwatch can work for up to 27 days on typical usage. It comes in 10ATM rated body that makes it withstand water pressure up to 100 metres. You also get to see dual-band GPS with industry-leading accuracy. Apart from this, the site does not mention anything about it.

As said, that smartwatch has already been launched in the global market so the specs are known, let’s have a look at it.

It has 170 workout modes including a new hyrox race mode, freediving, and ultra-marathon. It offers enhanced privacy protection measures including options for GPS discretion. It supports Zepp Pay, 400 alternative watch faces, and 10 ATM water resistances. Well, our assumption was correct, as Amazfit has officially unveiled its latest T-Rex 3 smartwatch at the IFA 2024 event. It features an upgraded Strength Training mode for which users can create their own training templates in the Zepp app and sync them to the watch.

Though the name of this smartwatch is a mystery but the company has shared a slight idea of the design of the smartwatch. The design looks similar to Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch that is recently spotted on Singapore retailer website. Hence it might be possible that the smartwatch teased is Amazfit T-Rex 3. But users are advised to wait for official confirmation before coming to any conclusion.

According to the listing, the smartwatch will feature a new octagonal stainless steel bezel and a refreshed strap. It is revealed to sport 1.5inch AMOLED display with 326 PPI pixel density, 2000 nits brightness and 480×480 pixel resolution. It is backed by 700mAh battery that offers 21 days of battery life. Other features revealed are- 170 sport modes, tracking for health metrics like heart rate and SpO2 level, GPS tracking, Zepp Flow AI voice assistant, Night display and Bluetooth notifications.
