Infinix new GT 20 Pro now launched in Saudi Arabia with Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SOC and a Dedicated Gaming Display Chip

Infinix launched the first GT series smartphone last year in India and globally. And, now the brand has announced its next GT series smartphone GT 20 Pro (X6871) in Saudi Arabia.  Though it is the first launch, it will soon be coming into other countries also. Recently, it was announced that GT 20 Pro will also be making its appearance in Malaysia on May 2nd. And that is not it, it was also sighted on BIS certification, which hints at its launch in the Indian market. But Infinix hasn’t shared any plans yet for the Indian audience.

Infinix GT 20 Pro Specs

It comes with a 6.78″ AMOLED FHD+ LTPS display which offers a customizable refresh rate of 60Hz /120Hz / 144Hz and a peak brightness of 1300nits. On top of this, you will get a touch sampling rate of up to 360Ghz, a DCI-P3 WIDE COLOUR GAMUT, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a PWM frequency of 2304Hz. The front of the screen offers a 94.30% screen-to-body ratio, meaning thin bezels, and also has IP54 protection.

Under the hood, we have a MediaTek Dimesity 8200 Ultimate chipset paired with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. Just like Xiaomi, Infinix has also chosen the customizable version of MediaTek Dimesnity 8200. For gaming people out there, you will see a dedicated Gaming Display Chip called “Pixelworks X5 Turbo” which can achieve 120FPS (Frames Per Second) and an X-Axis linear motor. The GT 20 Pro comes with two  LPDDR5X RAM options 8GB/12GB but has a single storage variant of 256 GB UFS 3.1. As per the information, it offers an extendable RAM of up to 12GB, which means the Virtual RAM. Infinix is offering XOS 14 based on Android 14 with No-Bloatwares on this GT 20 Pro.

GT 20 Pro comes with a triple rear camera with 108MP OIS Samsung HM6 as the main camera with two 2MP cameras. In the front, you will see a 32MP camera support.

Infinix has equipped GT 20 Pro with a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. It weighs about 194g and for sound, you will get a dual Speaker with Sound by JBL. For connectivity, GT 20 Pro comes equipped with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, NFC, an IR blaster, and a USB-C port.

Pricing and Availability

Presently, there is only the 12GB RAM variant is listed on the Saudi Arabia Amazon website with a price tag of SAR 1,299 (USD $346 / ₹28,885 approx.). It is available in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver.
