Now the company has launched the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite-powered Honor MagicBook Art 14 laptop in the global market. Its Intel Core Ultra processor variant has already been launched in China while the Snapdragon X Elite variant has first time been in the global market.

Specifications of Honor MagicBook Art 14 laptop

The Honor MagicBook Art 14 laptop features a 14.6-inch HONOR FullView Touch Display with a 3.1K resolution and a 97% screen-to-body ratio, the highest for 14-inch laptops. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor that offers enhanced power, efficiency, and security.

It is thin as 1cm and weighs up to 1 kg. It supports optimization for 14 top apps in categories like browsers, online meetings, media, office, social software, and tools. HONOR’s MagicRing enables seamless cross-device connectivity thus allowing users to control multiple devices with one keyboard and mouse, receive notifications across devices, and operate smartphone cameras from a PC.

Honor is yet to announce the price and availability of this laptop it should start soon. Apart from this company has also launched the Honor MagicPad 2 and Honor Magic V3 smartphones in the global market.

Few days back Honor officially announced that Honor Magic V3, Honor MagicPad 2 and Honor MagicBook Art 14 will be launching in global markets on 5 September at IFA 2024 event. These devices have already made their debut in China.

Ahead of this upcoming launch event, tipster @TheGalox has revealed that Honor will release its first Snapdragon X Elite powered laptop- MagicBook Art 14 Snapdragon Edition at IFA 2024.

The Chinese variant is powered by Intel Core Ultra processor but seems like the global consumers will get to see a Snapdragon variant. Though it is not sure whether the company will launch both the versions or only the Snapdragon variant will be unveiled globally. Honor is expected to tease some of the details of this upcoming laptop in the coming days.

Honor MagicBook Art 14 features a 14.6-inch wide OLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 3,120 x 2,080 pixels and an HDR peak brightness of 700 nits. This laptop is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor paired with the Intel Arc iGPU. The laptop also comes equipped with the ultra-thin Cooling VC module that comes with high-performance fan blades thus keeping the laptop while ensuring the least noise. The laptop multi-touch trackpad is 120cm square wide and lets you take screenshots, screen record, minimize windows, invoke the sidebar, and more.

Additionally, it comes with six professional speakers. One of the unique things that the company has done is its detachable webcam that rests right next to the two USB-C though can easily be installed to the middle top of the screen where it is usually seen. Connectivity options include two USB-C ports, including one with support for Thunderbolt 4, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It comes with a 60Wh battery that the company says can be charged fully in just 95 minutes. Honor has finally announced the launch date of Honor Magic V3, Honor MagicPad 2, and Honor MagicBook Art 14 for the global market. These devices will be launched during the IFA 2024 event in Berlin on September 5. The event will have the theme of “AI Unfold Your Magic”. A microsite is live that highlights the thinness of the Honor Magic V3 smartphone. These devices have already been launched in China. Let’s get to know about the foldable in detail.

Honor Magic V3 Global Variant

The smartphone features a 6.43 OLED cover display and a 7.92 OLED internal display. The display offers 1.07 billion colors, DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 120Hz refresh rate, 3840Hz (internal)/ 4320Hz (external) PWM zero risk dimming, and eye protection mode. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with Adreno 750 GPU. It runs on MagicOS 8.1.

The device packs up a 50MP main camera, 40MP ultra wide-angle camera, and 50MP periscope telephoto camera on the rear side. While the external and internal displays feature a 20MP selfie camera. The Chinese smartphone brand Honor was rumored to be working on the Honor Magic V3 foldable device and the device was said to make its debut soon. However, there was no official confirmation regarding the launch date. Today Honor has finally revealed the launch date of this device and along with that few other Honor devices will also be making their debut

Honor has officially announced its Magic flagship product launch event that will be held on 12^th July in China. At this particular launch event, the company will be unveiling Honor Magic V3, Honor Magic Vs3, Honor MagicPad 2, and Honor MagicBook Art 14.

The company has not revealed much about these devices for now but in the coming days, Honor is expected to tease the design and some key specs of these upcoming Honor gadgets.

A few days back Honor announced AI Anti Fraud Detection and AI DeFocus Eye Protection technologies at MWC 2024 Shanghai event. It was revealed that the company will be using AI DeFocus Eye Protection technology in its upcoming Honor MagicPad 2. This technology is said to reduce the danger of myopia in those users who always stay stuck to the phone’s screen. At this particular event, the company also mentioned that the upcoming Honor Magic V3 will be challenging the new height of folding and thinness.

Recently the Honor device was also reported to appear on China’s 3C certification website. It was assumed that this could be Honor Magic V3 smartphone. The listing revealed that the smartphone will be supporting 66W fast charging and is also said to arrive with Satellite connectivity.
