Just yesterday, we discovered the listing of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus on the UAE’s TDRA certification and Jio Mobile compatibility app, which revealed the model number and the moniker. Now, Nothing has officially announced the launch date of this smartphone. The company took to its social media platform X and posted that it will launch on July 31st, both globally and in India. Even the microsite is now live on Nothing’s official website. For India, it is highly likely to be available via Flipkart, based on past trends.

Although Nothing hasn’t shared any details about the specs, earlier rumours suggest it will be an improved version of the existing Nothing Phone (2a). It will be interesting to see whether this smartphone will feature a brand new chipset or if Nothing will opt for an overclocked version of the current chipset which is Dimensity 7200 Pro. With the launch date now set, more details about this smartphone are expected to emerge in the coming days.
