Green line issue follows Funtouch 13 OS upgrade in Vivo X60

With passing days the green line seems to have become a common thing that follows the system upgrade. Almost all leading smartphone brand users have reported the green line issue on display after the system upgrade. While some of the companies took this into consideration by extending free service for out-of-warranty period smartphones others even did not even try to look over it. Tech experts say that the green line appears on the screen because of either damage in the screen or bugs due to updates.

Something similar has again come to notice when Masha, a Twitter user shared the image of his Vivo X60 smartphone. The image shows the green line on the display and sharing the image he wrote “After system update in VivoX60 There’s a Greene line appeared on the screen. #vivo #vivoX60 #vivoindia
Please help me”.

We recently did a story on how OnePlus 8T users were also facing the same issue, but they were offered a free screen replacement by OnePlus.

One of the images shared by Masha shows that the user has upgraded the smartphone to Funtouch 13 OS. There are a number of videos and websites on the internet which suggest ways to solve this by restoring and enabling security, but it’s always recommended to visit the service center.
