WhatsApp has announced a bunch of new features thus making the WhatsApp platform more interactive than ever before. These features include voice updates, polls, the ability to share channel content on personal WhatsApp status, and support for multiple administrators of a group.

Voice updates:- Voice update allows admins of channels to send voice notes and interact with their followers. As per WhatsApp, users exchange up to 7 billion voice notes daily.

Polls:- Now the channel admins would be able to know their audience’s opinions and preferences directly by creating polls and sharing them in the channel. This would turn the audience into active participants in groups.
Share to Status:- Apart from sharing their views through polls now users will be able to share updates from their favourite channels to their WhatsApp status. This will help channels to organically grow through their audience.
Multiple admins:- WhatsApp has made channel management easier than ever before with the introduction of Multiple Admin features. A channel would be able to have up to 16 admins for sharing timely updates and content on the channels.
The WhatsApp channel has become a new way for celebrities and personalities to share content and information with their followers. Government and political parties are also using it actively nowadays to inform citizens about new initiatives, schemes, and plans.
