POCO M6 5G Gets A New 4GB/64GB Storage Option In India; Sale Starts From 20th July Via Flipkart
The smartphone brand POCO launched the POCO M6 5G smartphone last year in India while this year in February the company introduced a new color option for the device. Not only this, POCO also launched a POCO M6 5G Airtel variant in March 2024 in India. Seems like the company is not done with the smartphone yet.
A new Flipkart banner reveals that POCO M6 5G will now be available in 4GB/64GB storage option. Earlier the device arrived with three storage options- 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB, and now there will be a fourth storage option also for Indian consumers.
As per the above image, POCO M6 5G 4GB/64GB will be available at Rs.8,249 including all the offers. This new variant will be going on sale on 20th July from 12AM onwards via Flipkart. Other than the storage configuration, the device is expected to boast the same specs as that of previous variants.
POCO M6 5G: Specifications
The POCO M6 5G smartphone features a 6.74-inch wide IPS LCD display that remains protected by Gorilla Glass. It sports up to 90 Hz refresh rate, 450 nits of peak brightness, and 1600×720 pixels of resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.
In the camera department, it sports a 50 MP primary camera with an AI lens. The front side of the smartphone is equipped with a 5MP selfie camera. It runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 and is promised to receive 2 consecutive Android OS upgrades with 3 years of security updates. It is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W charging. Additionally, it also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB-C, 3.5mm jack.
