OnePlus has started to roll out the OxygenOS 13.1.0.580 update to its OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro smartphones. The update integrates the June 2023 Android security patch into the devices.

OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro OxygenOS 13.1.0.580 Update
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, OnePlus has started to roll out the OxygenOS 13.1.0.580 update to two of its smartphone devices. The OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone users of India will be receiving the update and a few of the users might have already received the update. For others, the update will be rolled out to them in the coming days.
Regarding the update, for the OnePlus 9 smartphone the update will have a firmware version of LE2111_13.1.0.580(EX01) and for the OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone, will be having a firmware version of LE2121_13.1.0.580(EX01). As mentioned, the update will integrate the June 2023 Android security patch into the device. Improvements will also be brought to the stability of mobile networks and Bluetooth connections.
If any sorts of bugs are found in the update, users are also advised to give it as feedbacks on the menu after dialing “*#800#” or they can give it via the feedback form on the update page.
