The pre-bookings of the iQOO 13 smartphone have already started in the Chinese market and the device is said to make its debut at the end of this month in the country. This device is also said to make its global debut as the global variant has already been spotted on various certification websites while recently iQOO India CEO has also teased the launch of iQOO 13 in the Indian market.

Today our team at The Tech Outlook spotted iQOO 13 global variant on SDPPI and BIS certification websites with model number I2401.

The SDPPI database confirms the launch of this smartphone in the Indonesian market while the BIS listing confirms its India launch as well. The above databases do not reveal much about the upcoming device.

But as per previous reports, the iQOO 13 device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Since past few days, iQOO has also teasing the specs of the iQOO 13 smartphone in China, as per which iQOO 13 device has now been confirmed to equip itself with the Q2 performance chip, feature BOE’s Q10 display, and be backed by a 6150 mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging feature. With the hints given, the next iQOO smartphone will be the iQOO 13 device which is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is possible that an official confirmation regarding the launch date may be shared soon after the China debut this month, or likely around the same time.

The device appears to have a flat bezel with narrow bezels. It sports a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The retail box at the top features iQOO and BMW M Motorsport branding which suggest that just like how iQOO previously introduced BMW M Motorsport edition devices, this time also it may launch iQOO 13 BMW M Motorsport edition.

While not being a clear image, the first look image of the smartphone that has been revealed online points out that the upcoming device will be having a White color choice and a Black square-shaped camera module with rounded corners. Notably, the camera module also has a light strip around it, lit up in a Purplish color.

If you come to the camera module image, as mentioned, we get a closer look at the camera module. Comparing it with the previous iQOO 12 smartphone, the camera module is somewhat similar with few changes. This time, there are four circular units inside the camera, and the first three carry camera lenses in them. The last one has a circular LED flashlight. From what it seems, the third camera appears to be a periscope telephoto camera, just like the predecessor. Also, the flat and thin side panels with antenna lines and the volume rocker can be spotted as well.

The display, as noted by him, is a pure straight screen with 2K resolution and is suggested to have thin bezels. According to the database, iQOO 13 is running on a Qualcomm octa core chipset with six cores clocked at 3.53GHz and two cores clocked at 4.32GHz. It is believed to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite (previously known as Snapdragon 8 Gen 4). It is revealed to pack 16GB RAM and run on Android 15 OS. Vivo has already confirmed that iQOO 13 will arrive with OriginOS 5 that was recently released. The smartphone received 3217 single core score and 10305 multi core score.

Previously it was said that iQOO 13 Chinese variant may be powered by Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition while Indian variant may arrive with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC but the recent Geekbench listing reveals a different story. Hence the readers are advised to wait for more updates.

As per the update, the latest iQOO 13 will bring some significant and notable improvements when compared with its predecessor.

The tipster also notes that the device could use a 2K resolution BOE Q10 flat display too. The device is also said to come with BOE’s latest generation light-emitting technology.

Regarding the charging specs, as revealed via the 3C database, the device should probably support a 120W wired fast charging feature like its predecessor, however, as per the tipster, it is pointed out to have 120W private flash charging and 100W PPS public version flash charging supports.
