This update has been officially shared by iQOO India CEO – Nipun Marya, and he in his X/Twitter post has teased the next iQOO smartphone that will be arriving in the Indian market following the iQOO 9 Pro(Snapdragon 8 Gen 1), iQOO 11(Snapdragon 8 Gen 2), and iQOO 12(Snapdragon 8 Gen 3) flagships. With the hints given, the next iQOO smartphone will be the iQOO 13 device which is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is possible that an official confirmation regarding the launch date may be shared soon after the China debut this month, or likely around the same time.

In China, the iQOO 13 smartphone will be launched by the end of this month and the pre-booking is currently live. The packaging box of the upcoming device was also shared online recently revealing that this time too we will be seeing the BMW M Motorsport Edition of the iQOO flagship. The Vivo subsidiary, iQOO, will soon be announcing its 13 flagship smartphone in the brand’s home market in China and the expected launch is said to take place by the end of this month. The pre-booking has already begun for Chinese customers and now, few days ahead of its expected launch, the front display of the smartphone has been revealed online, along with some more of its display specs.

The device is revealed to have symmetrical bezels on all four sides and a centrally-aligned punch-hole selfie camera. Another update regarding the upcoming iQOO 13 smartphone has arrived soon after the Chinese variant’s listing on the Geekbench database. We have come across the first look image of the upcoming iQOO 13 device, and an image revealing a closer look of its camera module.

iQOO 13 – Revealed First Look and Camera Module Images

While not being a clear image, the first look image of the smartphone that has been revealed online points out that the upcoming device will be having a White color choice and a Black square-shaped camera module with rounded corners. Notably, the camera module also has a light strip around it, lit up in a Purplish color.

If you come to the camera module image, as mentioned, we get a closer look at the camera module. Comparing it with the previous iQOO 12 smartphone, the camera module is somewhat similar with few changes. This time, there are four circular units inside the camera, and the first three carry camera lenses in them. The last one has a circular LED flashlight. From what it seems, the third camera appears to be a periscope telephoto camera, just like the predecessor. Also, the flat and thin side panels with antenna lines and the volume rocker can be spotted as well.

As per the update, the latest iQOO 13 will bring some significant and notable improvements when compared with its predecessor.

This update comes from the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station who has via a Weibo post revealed that the upcoming iQOO 13 Chinese variant may use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor (previously said to be Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) and is expected to come equipped with a self-developed Q2 independent display chip. The tipster also notes that the device could use a 2K resolution BOE Q10 flat display too. The device is also said to come with BOE’s latest generation light-emitting technology.

Regarding the charging specs, as revealed via the 3C database, the device should probably support a 120W wired fast charging feature like its predecessor, however, as per the tipster, it is pointed out to have 120W private flash charging and 100W PPS public version flash charging supports. According to another recent update, PD charging and type-C to type-C connector might be present as well.

Other expected specifications are a large-sized X-axis motor, IP68 dust and water resistance, USB 3.X, and a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint. The tipster has also mentioned that the device could also feature a large-sized symmetrical dual speaker system . Also to add, it is also being said that the smartphone’s thickness would be reduced when compared to its predecessor, and is likely to come in between 8 mm and 8.09 mm. The iQOO 13 smartphone global variant bears the model number ‘I2401’, and it has received the EEC certification with the notification number – ‘RU0000060415’. Nothing in particular about its specifications or other details is present on the certification.

Regarding the SGS certification, again the device has been listed with the same model number of ‘I2401’ and has been certified with the certificate number – ‘FI-61911’.

He further mentions that it will have a 2K resolution with a pure straight screen (Flat Display). This was about the display that DCS tipped in a Weibo post, he has also tipped other specs of the smartphone in another Weibo post (Via 91Mobiles). In this post, he has not mentioned the smartphone though it is assumed to be about this.

As per the post, the iQOO 13 smartphone can come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. In the camera department, it can boast a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary camera with with 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide sensor and a 50MP IMX826 lens with 2x zoom. This is not the first time that the specs of the smartphone have been tipped. Earlier also the smartphone’s specs have been tipped by the same tipster who wrote that it can come with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. He also mentioned that the smartphone will come with a large battery though he did not specify about it. The company has not said anything about the smartphone though it should not be far either from the launch.

This smartphone comes with a 144Hz refresh rate display and is powered by the Dimensity 9300+ processor with an AnTuTu score of 2,387,855. For the intensive gaming performance, it also comes equipped with the self-developed Q1 gaming chip. Let’s get to know about this smartphone in detail.

Specifications of iQOO Z9 Turbo+

The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ smartphone comes with the flagship star track texture, and equal depth curved from four sides flat middle frame.
