Redmi India is celebrating 4 million users of the Redmi 12 5G smartphone in India and thanking them on X and Facebook for choosing this handset.
This series’ smartphones have had a history of breaking record sales because when it came into the Indian market one million handsets were sold in just a month after the launch and in 100 days almost 3 million units were sold.

The Redmi 12 5G smartphone features a 6.79-inch FHD+ 90 Hz. The display stays protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. Its storage is expandable up to 1TB using a microSD card. In the camera department, the smartphone features a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP depth camera on the rear. The front side of the smartphone sports an 8MP selfie camera. Additionally, you get a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side fingerprint sensor, and a 12mm*17mm sound chamber. It is backed by a 5,000mAh massive battery that supports 18W Type C charging. As it just came last year it runs Android 14 based HyperOS which means access to Xiaomi’s new custom skin.

The smartphone is available on multiple platforms and its 4GB/128GB variant is currently available on Amazon for Rs 11,999 while its 6GB/128GB variant is available for Rs 12,499 and its 8GB/256GB variant is available for Rs 13,999. The smartphone comes in Jade Black, Moonstone Silver, and Pastel Blue.
