POCO has finally launched its much-awaited smartphone POCO M6 5G it claims to be the “most affordable smartphone”. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset and features a 90Hz display panel.

Price and availability
The POCO M6 5G smartphone pricing starts from Rs 10,499 for the 4GB/128GB storage variant and goes up to Rs 13,499 for 8GB RAM/256GB storage. Its 6GB/128GB variant is priced at Rs 11,499.
Buyers can also avail discounts up to Rs 1,000 with ICICI Card. Airtel prepaid users can get 50GB of additional data on this purchase. Its first sale will begin on 26th December and will be available on Flipkart for buyers. It comes in two colour options Orion Blue and Galactic Black.
Specifications of POCO M6 5G
The POCO M6 5G smartphone features a 6.74-inch wide IPS LCD display that remains protected by Gorilla Glass. It sports up to 90 Hz refresh rate, 450 nits of peak brightness, and 1600×720 pixels of resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.
In the camera department, it sports a 50 MP primary camera with an AI lens. The front side of the smartphone is equipped with a 5MP selfie camera. It runs Android 13 based MIUI 14 and is promised to receive 2 consecutive Android OS upgrades with 3 year security updates. It is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W charging.
Additionally, it also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB-C, 3.5mm jack.
