Instagram- the most widely used social media platform that helps users to stay connected with friends and the outside world in various ways. Well, a new app has now made its entrance in a few selected regions that bear a strong resemblance to Instagram.
TikTok has unveiled a new photo-sharing app named Whee. This app is currently available in a few regions only.

Whee allows users to capture and share real-life photos that only their friends can see, allowing them to be their most authentic self. On Instagram, if you have a public account, anyone on the platform can go to your profile and see your photos but if you have a private account only your followers can have access to see what you have posted.
Whereas on Whee, it is said that you can share your photos with your close friends only. The above screenshot reveals that the app features a photo viewfinder, a list of friends to message, and a feed where you can see the photos posted by your friends and like and comment on the shared photos.
It is revealed that the app is available on Android in selected regions only like it is currently unavailable in US. While the app is for now not available for iOS users also. This is not the first time that TikTok has copied Instagram, earlier also the company introduced an image-sharing app called TikTok Notes which was similar to Instagram.
