The South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally unveiled its latest foldable devices- Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 globally as well as in India. Along with these smartphones the brand has also introduced Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Ring.

Galaxy Watch 7

The smartwatch comes in two dial sizes- 40mm and 44mm. The 40mm variant features 1.3 inch Super AMOLED display that offers 432×432 resolution. It weighs 28.8g and measures 40.4×40.4×9.7mm. It is backed by a 300mAh battery. The 44mm variant features 1.5 inch Super AMOLED display that offers 480×480 resolution. It weighs 33.8g and measures 44.4×44.4×9.7mm. The smartwatch is equipped with a 3nm Exynos W1000 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. It runs on Google’s Wear OS-based One UI 6 Watch. The smartwatch comes with new features like- Workout Routine that lets users combine different exercises and Race which lets users compare current and past performance in real time. It comes with fitness trackers such as heart rate, oxygen and sleep monitoring.
The smartwatch features AI algorithm for sleep analysis, offers Novo FDA-authorized Sleep Apnea tracking, real time alerts for abnormally high or low heart rates, atrial fibrillation monitoring and more. According to the company, the smartwatch will also provide users with electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure monitoring. It supports WPC-based wireless fast charging. Galaxy Watch 7 40mm variant will be available in Cream and Green Color options while 44mm variant will be available in Green and Silver colors. The pricing of this watch starts at $299 in US. While in India, 40mm Galaxy Watch 7 with Bluetooth is priced at Rs.29,999 while the Bluetooth and LTE variant is priced at Rs.33,999. The 44mm variant with Bluetooth will be available at the price of Rs.32,999 whereas the Bluetooth and LTE variant can be purchased for Rs.36,999. The smartwatch is available in a single 47mm variant. It features a titanium-grade frame and 1.5 inch Super AMOLED always-on display that offers 480×480 resolution and 3000 nits peak brightness. It is equipped with a 3nm Exynos W1000 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. It runs Google’s Wear OS-based One UI 6 Watch. It is backed by a 590mAh battery that supports WPC based wireless fast charging. It is claimed to offer up to 100 hours battery life in power saving mode and up to 48 hours in exercise power saving mode. It comes with 10ATM+ IP68 rating and MIL-STD-810H.
The health and fitness features are same as that of Galaxy Watch 7. It comes with a new multi-sports tile that enables users to track multi-course workouts. It is equipped with functional threshold power (FTP) feature to measure maximum cycling power. The watch also shows personalized heart rate zones to help the user work at an optimal intensity. It also features a Quick Button to instantly initiate and control workouts, an emergency siren and a Night mode.
Pricing
It comes in three color options- Titanium Silver, Titanium White and Titanium Gray. In global markets, the watch is priced at $649 while in India the watch is priced at Rs.59,999. Indian consumers who pre-book the watch will get multi-bank cashback worth Rs.10,000 or the same upgrade bonus.

This smart ring comes in 9 sizes with sizes ranging from 5 to 13. Users can find the right fit among the nine size options with the help of a sizing kit. It offers 8MB memory. It offers detailed health report with the help of Galaxy AI features like Energy score and wellness tips. The sleep AI algorithm delivers data about sleep patterns and build better habits. It provides sleep score, snoring analysis and sleep metrics to the wearers.
The ring can also track menstrual cycle by monitoring skin temperature. It is equipped with a PPG sensor that detects the irregular rhythms of heartbeats, temperature sensor and accelerometer. Galaxy ring provides instant notification about heart rates through Heart Rate Alert via Samsung Health app. Other than these health features, the ring can also be used to take photos, dismiss alarms on paired Galaxy smartphones.
