Huawei Launched MateBook X Pro 2024 Laptop And FreeBuds Lipstick 2 In China
Huawei has launched a new laptop in China named Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024. This laptop weighs just 980g and is 13.5mm thick. It comes with features like a 14.2-inch wide display, Ultra processor from Intel with AI accelerators. Let’s get to know about the laptop in detail.
Specifications of Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024
The Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024 laptop features a 14.2-inch wide OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of peak brightness. It renders 10-bit colors at 3120*2080 pixels resolution. The display is responsive to the touch though it also has a trackpad. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7/9 processor that comes with AI accelerators.
It is backed by a 70Wh Li-Po battery that supports 140W fast charging. A 10-minute charge can make it work for up to 3 hours. For connectivity, it has got USB-C, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. It has also a webcam with 1080p video capability 4 microphones and 6 speakers.
Price and availability
The new MateBook X Pro 2024 will go on sale in China on April 18th. Its pricing starts from 11,199(~$1547) yuan for the base model that comes with an Ultra 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage. The Core Ultra 7 powered 32GB/1TB variant is priced at 12,499 yuan(~$1727). Its Core Ultra 9 powered 32GB/2TB variant is priced at 14,999 yuan(~$2072).
Huawei FreeBuds Lipstick 2
The company has also launched the Huawei FreeBuds Lipstick 2. These new earbuds from the company come in a lipstick-shaped charging case. The charging case can also be attached to a lanyard to hook it up to the bag. These buds support L2HC and LDAC codecs and can reproduce sound as low as 16Hz. The buds come in a semi-in ear water drop shape thus making it stylish as well as comfortable to wear. These earbuds can easily be controlled via touch control. The earbuds come in an IP54-rated body that makes them resistant to accidental water splash. As far as the battery is concerned it can work for up to 5 hours when fully charged and 3.5 hours when ANC is enabled. With just 5 minutes of charge, it can be made ready to work for up to 2 hours.
These earbuds from the company are available for pre-sale at,700 yuan(~$235). The Huawei FreeBuds Lipstick 2 is available in two colour options String White and Phantom Black.
