Moto G75 5G launched in Europe, being the first to feature Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 with 5 OS upgrades

Motorola has introduced its latest mid-range smartphone, the Moto G75 5G, to the European and Middle Eastern markets. The device aims to balance durability with performance and is set to roll out in select Latin American and Asia-Pacific regions as well.

Moto G75 5G Specs and Features

The Moto G75 5G boasts military-grade certification (MIL-STD-810H) and IP68 water and dust resistance, suggesting improved durability compared to its predecessor Moto G73 5G. It features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, enhanced by Display Color Boost technology for improved visibility in various lighting conditions.

The camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), utilising a Sony LYTIA 600 sensor for improved low-light performance. This is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and macro vision camera. For selfies, there’s a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The device supports 4K video recording across all lenses.

Powering the Moto G75 5G is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, marking the first use of this chipset in a smartphone. It’s paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, though specific configurations may vary by region. The phone supports 5G connectivity and is compatible with Wi-Fi 6/6E.

Audio features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and Hi-Res Audio certification. The device runs on Android 14 and includes Motorola’s Smart Connect feature, which allows for integration with other devices such as tablets, TVs, and Windows PCs. Also, Motorola promises to give 5 OS upgrades and 6 Years of Security patches till 2029.

Battery capacity is 5000 mAh, with support for 45W fast charging. The Moto G75 5G is available in vegan leather and matte material finishes.

The Moto G75 5G comes in Charcoal Grey, Aqua Blue, and Succulent Green(vegan Leather Finish). Sales will start from November 5, with prices starting at €299 in Europe.
